Return and Exchange Policy (EZKYAA)
At EZKYAA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with all your purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return or exchange it subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return and Exchange Period

Returns or exchanges are permitted within 14 days of the order receipt date.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its fully sealed original packaging.

The original purchase invoice or order number must be included with the returned shipment.

3. Shipping and Return Fees

Damaged or Incorrect Products: The store covers all shipping and return costs if the product is damaged or incorrect ($0.00).

Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is at the customer's request (change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping costs (or returns may be made entirely free of charge, as specified in our Schema markup).

4. Return Process and Steps

Provide us with the order number, product name, and reason for the return.

A return shipping label will be sent to the customer.

5. Refunds

The returned product is inspected immediately upon arrival at our warehouses.

If the return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
